Can the campaign scenarios be edited?

Yes, but you need to own the Kursk DLC; otherwise the editor will not allow you to edit the CGs.

That makes perfect sense, but wanted to confirm before I buy. Thanks for quick response considering you are in process of moving. It does get better quickly.
