Malta and North Africa.

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Bit sad really, in real life the British and Commonwealth forces under General O'Connor completely routed the Italians before the Germans arrived (wasn't just that, though, the British forces were also depleted for the unwise participation in the Greek campaign before Rommel arrived). At the very least O'Connor is under-rated in this game, he should be a 6 or even 7

Even better would be a new approach in regard HQs.
All we know about Generals is because we know what happened in history.
But this history hasn't happened yet in our own games, we're kind of writing our own history.

I'm all in favour to your suggestion. But if I could, I would rework the whole HQ rating system. Some kind of randomness, some kind of specialization (attack, defense, supply, etc.).

CEAW-GS gives some generals an attack bonus (such as O'Connor and Rommel) and some a defensive bonus, but not all generals get such a bonus. This is in addition to the command rating.
