problem with JTCS

am playing JTCC 1st problem in campaign mode I managed to play 4 games then game is refusing to allow me to proceed saying British units don't exist to up load to next level

I changed to playing German and again played 4 games but on completing game the next game map is only coming up as blue and black hexes

Thanks for any help
