geez, I just got on this thread and as soon as I got off there were 50 more hits! I promise you this, I will always have more hits on my AAR than Steve does or you get a free beer mug coaster.
I'm gonna start an After-the-AAR thread to kibitz on the postings here.

Are Steve and I allowed to peek? Will we get pointers on what we should do next?
No - but there will be screen captures!

My original guess for game start was page 13. That's not looking good... [:(]

Well, we reached the thirteenth page, ere a turn was played. I see that Steve's is four with not much more.
In the interest of fair play, I must confess that I leaked a secret in Steve's AAR to increase his post count. Here's the gist of it:

I have installed an up-to-date version of Tracker and it appears to be working properly. Steve is not using Tracker but it is far, far less important for the Allied player than for the Japanese player. Here is the properties file minus the password

Next I need to get IntelMonkey working. I've never used that staff assistant program. Does anyone think I should?

Here's my IntelMonkey folder, does anyone remember which file I should open to point it at my new game?

Nah, don't bother. ChaosMonkey is far better. [:D]

It looks like you have it in a location where the default of where it will look for the report files should work fine, so just run IntelMonkey-J.bat (which should run IntelMonkey-J.exe) when you want to run Intel Monkey.

Sanity check: you do have the -archive switch on your AE shortcut, right? That is the switch that tells it to put copies of the report files into the "SAVE\archive" folder.

You can go into that SAVE\archive folder and simply delete all the files there. Obvious caution to be sure you do not want them anymore.

OK, I backed up what was in the archive folder and stored it elsewhere, then deleted what was in the archive folder. I suppose I won't be able to test IM until after I get a turn back from Steve. Here's the folder, I know that the partial downloads are trash and I'll get rid of them.

I am hoping to write some "psychic futures" code to incorporate into Intel Monkey so that we can see the results of turns before they happen.

We need an app that allows us to have three or more cursors try to hold the planchette in place. Maybe Matrix Games could help out with that.
