It might be useful to have Romania as a full ally and thus we can place German units within ahead of time.
Germany can do that either way. If the claim is allowed you can align Romania by declaring war on Yugoslavia, or controlling Belgrade.

Well yes they can, but there is no guarantee we would be in a position to do that - until we are over the Dyle I don't think assuming anything (other than defeat!) is sensible....

It means only one Hungarian can ever leave the country but that is no loss
it is a minor loss since some of the Hungarians can be used to hunt partisans. Some of the Rumanians needs to stay at home either way.

No easy call. I think you have to go with what feels right.

If we do not get across the Dyle we are doomed no matter what we do. We must assume that we can break our way into Paris in a somewhat timely fashion.

Italy will be making a combined impulse. And Japan will take land.

Should I do the first part and you the second? Then you can make the actual ground strikes and air combats if you like?

I would rather not given my dice throwing incapability.

I will send my orders, if you wouldn't mind doing it, there is not much. The Germans will do a combined.

You get lousy reorganization with a combined.

Italy can use their bomber for a ground strike. And rebase the fighter if need be.

So there will be no offence for this impulse. Probably a good to wait for next turn.

But then the weather may turn lousy [&:]

I'd rather miss out on the Baltic than not attack this impulse.

You are not going to maximize forces against Brussels?

But he has reorganised his ART - he can simply do the same again. Listen, I don't need any excuse to not have to make this poxy roll. If you are happy perhaps having to wait until May/June - then so am I!

Ignoring the Baltic seems like a good idea. Nice weather and Allied behinds to kick in Belgium. Seems like lots of fun. [:D]

I am not sure we are discussing the same things.

So lets start anew. Ok?

An attack on Brussels is likely to land somewhere between 3:1 and 4:1 depending on ground strikes and air support.

Attack on Brussels is somewhere around 40 versus 14 with defensive art but without any air. But then the attack includes the engineer. Without the engineer it is somewhere around 37:14.

And a ground strike on Antwerp may disrupt the artillery.
