"Failed(handle-country-surrender): Segmentation Violation" when Swiss surrenders.

Hi,

in my latest game, I got the "Failed(handle-country-surrender): Segmentation Violation." too, on the turn when Swiss should surrender (I know, I know, I am greedy, I take Swiss!).

I was able to work around several other segmentation violations by re-loading and redoing the previous turns(s).
But not this time, I tried several times to take Swiss in this game and it always seems to happen.

FYI... I took Swiss just fine in other games.

I managed to save work around this problem, by selecting the "Messages" and "Message (AI).

But... two turns later, the game has the same problem and gives the same error. The last message it showed was "" and then again "Failed(handle-country-surrender): Segmentation Violation."

Odd thing is... the UK capital should already be at Toronto for some turns, because I occupy London and Manchester already several turns, but it still says "Manchester (capital)", despite a German parachute occupying Manchester indicating "Axis (occupied)".

So, it seems that it didn't make Toronto the capital, after I occupied it and now it tries to but fails?
