4th Ukrainian Front

I was trying to assign the 10th Armored Div, to another HQ and one of the selections is the 4th Ukrainian Front.

In a D-day save I have I don't see anything like that. It's clearly odd.

I just updated the game 1.01.37 and have not run into the issue.
