Did you actually enter a password when you initiated the game to enter your first turn orders?
Did your opponent enter a password when he opened the turn file to enter his first turn orders?

Yes, the game asks for it every time you start an PBEM and the save has the pbem label also.
I have not yet heard from him, will be tomorrow.
I need to know what he has in the file from the Japanese side.

Unless the two of you have discovered a previously unknown bug, I don't know what could have happened.

Look at your email (or file upload site) to see if the file attached gives you any clue about what you sent to him.

Even if he watched the replay...this is turn one. Isn't the Allied really limited in what they can do anyhow?

And for goodness sake, why would you watch the replay...what a waste of time.

For some reason the turn file would not load with my first opponent, I have a new opponent Falken who is ready to work to get the game going for us, he also knows B-mod.
I have now 2 different openings that I can use if there is no need for a reinstall.

BOTH of you should re-download the scenario before starting - nothing else just the scenario to assure you're on the same version.

Good luck to you

The game is on.

I have several reported hits by Kates on search on the Houston, the pilots are good, should I consider her injured?

Here is the report, I took heavy losses on Bettys and the Kates, allies lost a lot of B-17s.

It is possible that some version of Plan Orange might start with not hitting PH, the opponent is very historically oriented and told he will send Force Z to attack the Malay landings even if it will doom them.

I am hoping KB 2 (Kaga, Ryujo) will make good its escape from Luzon and will head to replenish Kagas Kate group.

Aparri and a small Singora landing where the only ones that happened, both to establish air bases, following invasions are being launched from Pescadores, Cam Ranh Bay and Palau when I get them organized.
First priority is to get the JAAF air campaign going in Malay and Luzon and achieve control to cover the landings and free the JNAF from their support.
