Yes. I've been playing it with Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 4 for the last 4 months.

I have had no problems with this game running on any of Win 10, Win 8, XP, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012.

I have played it in W10 too. No additional problems apart from those bugs the game still may have.
