scrolling map

I have been playing just worked for several months without problems. Now suddenly the map scrolls all the way to the top of the map all my self. I can scroll down, left and right but whenever I stopped going in any direction the map immediately scrolls all the way to the top. Ideas?

I had this problem with Windows Vista. They fixed it with a patch. Make sure you have the latest patch.
