Russian plot confusion!

Hi to All,
Just hit winter in a game against Loveman1 & I thought that I would be able to plot accurately but alas! still unco-ordinated attacks. Do I have to wait till 42???

I think oktober is still confusion time for the soviets. I think you can plot from november if I remember right.
