Where can I get that .wav file thats on the SPWAW enter page?!

What I am talking about is that little speech what ever you wanna call it. Where you hear Hitler and than someone in english saying "If our will....".

Can I get the full .wav of that, or is that it. Is there a way for me to downaload that? Does anyone know another good place to download stuff like that?
