Going to an Irish pub on 3-17 is for the amateurs. The Pros go every day. Why did God invent Whiskey? So the Irish couldn't take over the world.

Is there an Auto-save from the factory destruction/repair phase you can post to Tech Support?
It is only the factory destruction step, as far as I know. But I mailed you all a autosave from the step before the factory destruction. The autosave from factory destruction seems to be made after the factory in Peking is destroyed that Japan just destroyed.

I thought factories became repaired at the reinforcement step.

And I am to tired for this. And to old for this. And definitely to grumpy. [:D]

It probably should be during reinforcement step. I played through to the end of the turn to see if it got repaired at the factory destruction step but no.

Something else to add to the list of things that used to work but now don't [:(].

I'm too am getting tired of bodges and workarounds. It looks like play suspended until things like the CP manual over-ride and this are fixed.

Is there really no way we can't go back to the last version? Even if it means manually re-doing the few impulses since we switched? We have all invested so much time and effort into this, it would be a crying shame to end it now. If we wait for a fix - given that convoys/production has never been priority [8|] - and given the dangers of new regression bugs even if current problems are fixed, we may never re-start due to other rubbish that gets in the way.

If its physically possible I say we go back to the old version.

Certainly possible. I still have the 2.2.0 update, so could reinstall.

The latest game file I have that is still version 2.2.0 is the one Paul did for us to fix the Madagascar control. It's on Tech Support if anyone else needs to download it. 1stPKBR192b-Mad fix really.GAM.

It would be about 5-6 impulses and end of turn to replay but we could still find the factory repair didn't work as it's a long time since I last did one of those.

I am afraid it might be impossible to go back. Anyway, lets take this discussion on email.

My previous end of turn pictures focused on the bases where the Allied returned their ships. In huge part to get the other players updated. Now I will post a few more pictures to get a better view of where our game is.

I know. I am going to go back and check if it was my mistake, that oil bug France suffered from, or something new.

However, I am not going to make any serious effort until I know how to proceed with the repaired factory.

After loading a autosave and recreated the Japanese return to base Japan suddenly needs 2,45 oil to reorganize all units. You had 2,35 oil in your instructions. Therefore I wonder if that fighter, for some reason, was not included when we did it.
