Before I buy will the counters in the mods transfer over to the Kursk DLC?

Sorry to sound like a moron but I love the ASL Mod.

I have a question about the extension Kursk DLC
I am at the 2nd Mission Procherowka and im Turn 31, I play on the Russian side. Since yesterday I noticed that the opposing Turn (movement) took 1 hour and you also the enemy tanks not in the movement looks.
This can not be possible.
I also installed the latest version.

My laptop has an Intel Processor i7 3630QM, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 660M with 2 GB graphics memory, Windows 10 64-bit.

Request for Info.

Sometimes the game can take some time due to heavy calculations needed. This is especially noticeable if it is a scenario on a large map with a lot of units, which is the case for the Prokhorovka scenario. You need to free up resources for the CPU so it is used at its maximum. There is a few items to do here. Check the energy settings so it is set for high performance, close all services and background programs not needed. You can run the free program Razer Cortex to close services and free up the CPU.

Hello,
Thanks for the tip about the program "Razor Cortex", the game runs smoother and the
Opponent's moves get faster.
Now the game is much more fun.
