Help Please for Repair Factory and Fighter Reorg

Game file attached.

Is someone with debug tools able to correct the two issues that cropped up in the End of Turn and Reinforcements steps of this game.

Firstly, the factory at Sian should now be working again, having been repaired.

Secondly, the Japanese fighter at Kwajalein should be organised. For some reason it failed to show up in the Use Oil list but did so when a subsequent test run was done. The oil was available and since it would have changed the oil use from 2.35 to 2.45, would not have impacted on the number of oils expended.

I can easily fix the fighter, but have no idea how to fix the factory. I can, however, create additional Chinese saved build points. If anyone else can fix the factory, please do so. If not, do you want me to fix the fighter and add some saved Chinese build points? I would add extras, so you would not have to come back to me each turn; it would be your responsibility to not have the Chinese use the extra ones.
I thought I knew how to play this game....

Adding BPs is likely the only way to fix it as far as my knowledge of the beta tools goes.

Unless Ronnie discovered where to look and what to change in the thread he provided about editing game files.

Thanks for the offer but I think I've managed to figure both of them out using Ronnie's guide to editing game files.

Once I knew how to locate the data relating to that unit, it was a case of changing a fieled value from 5119 (disorganised) to 1023 (orgainised). I've tested that and it works.

The guide also pointed to how I might find the factory data. Below is the data line from the game file where the factory was damaged.

137,76,53,0,1,0,0,1,0,0,1,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,ProdLost

The first 2 fields are the y,x coordinates of the factory.

The following is the data from the modified game file where the factory is now working. The value for the 8th field was changed from 1 to 0. I got to this by comparing working factories with the damaged ones.

I've moved the game on a couple of phases from DoW and no MadEx's so far.
