note on naval commanders

note on naval commanders

Noticed when I look up or replace naval commanders for ships, some has "*" on them. Can someone tell me what that mean?

It means that that commander is already assigned. Same for the Air Force Commander List and the Ground Commander List.

I think it's not in manual, since IIRC it was added in one of the beta patches.
