Allied Cdo not working in 1.01.56

The following occurs in 1.01.56. Checking old games from 1.01.48 it was happening there too. This is recreatable on a fresh install of 1.00.00 + 1.01.56 from the start of the 1943-45 Campaign BETA scenario by executing the preset landings without change.

1. Commando brigades/rgts neither go ashore in empty hexes nor attack from Amph TFs.

2. The turn after the landing they are found attached to an Army level HQ, not the TF they were embarked on. The Army HQ selected is either the closest by distance or the closest by chain of command.

3. When returned to the Army HQ they are in the form of a brigade/rgt-sized support unit.

4. They can be reassigned between HQs (including Amph TFs) in this state. I have not attempted a landing with a bde/rgt-sized commando unit assigned to a TF.

Thanks for the report. Gary has made a fix and assuming it checks out it will be in the next public beta version.
