What's an invalid upgrade

Ops report says that my B-26 and Wirraway had an invalid last turn. Playing Guadalcanal scenario and haven't seen this before. Thanks for the help!

Gotten that message in the Guadalcanal scenario also and am pretty sure that it means
that the upgrade path aircraft for those squadrons doesn't have a pool or isn't included
in the scenario.
