Stand-in OECM - how to use them?

I am currently playing the Brexit scenario and my F-16CM have ADM-160C MALD-J Stand-In OECMs, but will not use them, not even with a SEAD mission set. Is there any way to launch them manually?

unit orders ---> bearing-only launch ---> click on where you want them to go

Or 'Ctrl+F1' and click on where you want them.

Yep, Bearing-Only Launch. This means manual-only attacks with them as there are no AI facilities that enable a BOL attack that I'm aware of.
