No replacement for 2nd Army HQ

Hi

In my last campaign, started with 1.04 beta and continued with 1.04 official, in a show of incredible strategic mastery [:D], 2nd Army HQ (german) was destroyed...

I was expecting a replacement to show up in one of my conquered cities, but it never showed up.

(just to be sure, a few turns after the one saved I also lost the 3rd PG HQ, and that one showed up at the Orsha FSB...[:D])

Hi Franciscus,

It took a while but I've figured out what's happened. It's specific to 2nd Army HQ as it's the only German reinforcement HQ that arrives mid-game and, under certain circumstances it doesn't get put in the queue for 'resurrection'.

It's a fun queue, that one.

You get the 'Where's Wally?' medal for finding the toughest bug in town.
