France Annual force pools additon question.

Hi, in my current solitaire game France have been incomplete conquered. Version 2.3.4. Reading the rules, I understand France must have normal force pools additions but in jan/feb French force pool is empty, is this correct?
France was conquered in 1941.

when you say incomplete conqured, do you mean Vichied

is it original France, or free France or vichy France, you are taking about

No Vichy France, france was incompletly conquered (every factories in France was taken by Germany)

An incompletely conquered France and Free France should get the annual additions. There's no difference here where the rules are concerned.

Not true. From RAC 13.7.1:

INCOMPLETE CONQUEST
Merely conquering a major power or minor country doesn’t mean it is out of the game. That only happens when it is completely conquered (see below). Until then, it fights on with its remaining units.
Remove from the game all the conquered home county’s land and aircraft units that are in the conquered home country. Remove from the game all of its land and aircraft units not on the map.

I may be off-topic, but below our quoted text above, it reads...

"Incompletely conquered major powers (only the UK in the case of the Commonwealth) have only half their normal activity limits (see 10.2) until liberated. They still receive the annual additions to their force pools (see 4.1.1) as normal."

This is a bug and should be fixed, since annual additions are pretty important for Free France.

Yes I think it is a bug, what Steves posted is in case of complete conquest no incomplete nor Vichy. Thanks Zorachus and I have detected another about force pools but I have reported in another thread.
