RE: DB Requests
Any chance the HH-3E could be added to the DB? The helicopter was the backbone for USAF and USCG SOF and SAR operations from Vietnam until the late 1990s when it was replaced by HH-60s.

Previously I posted:

Correction; this seems to be a close shot of the Type 052B Luyang-I class DDG, which is also undergoing refit now. That mast in the middle is from another 052B in the background.
Well, this indicates that the two Luyang-Is are getting a major firepower upgrade as well... Up to 16x YJ-12
Latest close shot confirms earlier assertion: The Type 051B Luhai-class DDG MLU has switched out its previous YJ-83 AShM battery to a different one. PLA watchers say that these are YJ-12 AShM containers.

RE: Myanmar Navy.
In the DLC 'Brexit' scenario, the LC39 Albatros in Estonia and Lithuania opens up the DB entry for the Equatorial Guinea Albatros.
Also, there is not a LC39 Albatros entry for Estonia. Only Lithuanian is the DB (along with others, of course).

Yes, there are some indications that the missile to replace the YJ-83,YJ-62 (and the Moskit) on earlier destroyers will actually be the YJ-12A.
RE: DB Requests
Sea Hunter (ACTUV) is to have the Raytheon Modular Scalable Sonar System. The ACTUV in the DB currently has the Type 2081 [CAPTAS Mk 4 towed body).
The Modular Scalable Sonar System is a medium frequency sonar system that performs active and passive search and tracking, incoming torpedo warning, and small-object avoidance. For the Sea Hunter it is hull mounted. I couldn't find detailed technical specs of the Modular Scalable Sonar system. It may be similar and an evolution of the SQS-60/61 sonars.

Hilda SAM
It was a ground based Seacat. Also know as Tigercat
Type: Surface to air close range tactical guided
Guidance: Command link with optical or radar/TV tracking
Warhead HE
Dimensions 1.48 m long x 19 cm diamter
Launch weight 63 Kg
Each Hilda system consisted of a trailer mounted Director and Launcher towed by diesel Land Rovers. The Launcher loaded three missiles at a go. A five-man complement, a generator and spare missiles were issued to each complement. The launcher and director was deployed by setting up the jacks and were connected to each other via cable link. The operator would launch a missile and guide it along a line of site to an approaching enemy aircraft by a joystick, issuing a radio command. The Hilda missile was small and subsonic, powered by a two-stage rocket motor and steered by four swept wings and stabilised by four tail fins. (wikipedia)

It will be launch on April 23rd.

RE: Canada Updates
HMCS Harry DeWolf - 2018- Is not going to be a Coast Guard ship, will be operated by Royal Canadian Navy. http://www.navy-marine.forces.gc.ca/en/fleet-units/aops-home.page
- Will be able to carry four RHIB's
CCGS Cape Roger - lost the helicopter hangar after the refit and is missing 2 x small boat davit for RHIB, one on each side. http://www.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/Fleet/Vessel?vessel_id=44

FFH Halifax- should be able to carry 2x RHIB, one per side
DDH 280 Iroquois [Tribal Class] 1991, Gulf War Mod, HMCS Athabaskan - Missing - 20mm/85 Mk15 Phalanx Blk 1 Burst [300 rnds] - Gun
Air Max: 1.5 km. Fitted on rear over VDS
Iroquois should be DDG as well at least after the TRUMP update which added the VLS

RE: Canada Updates
Any chance for an Import/export Facility with United States planned/near future BMD system? Also as far as I can tell the AN/FPQ-16 PARCS is missing from DB3000 while it's in the CWDB as the PAR. Also the AN/FPS-132 Upgraded Early Warning Radar is missing and currently replacing all AN/FPS-123/126 radars.

RE: Canada Updates
Request the YJ-83KH Air Launched AShM. 230km range would be 124 nautical miles. ImIR seeker replaced the radar seeker, making it capable of land attack as well, as well as 285kg warhead instead of the standard 165kg warhead. Datalink indicates that it has retargeting capability after launch.
http://chinese-military-aviation.blogsp ... ml#YJ-83KH

http://chinese-military-aviation.blogsp ... ml#YJ-83KH
YJ-83KH is an improved version of YJ-83K AShM where the radar seeker was replaced by an IIR seeker (H: infrared). As the result YJ-83KH is less susceptible to normal IRCM such as flare or smoke, and has a good all-weather capability. Overall the missile resembles Japanese ASM-2 AshM. It is thought that the launch of YJ-83KH could be either fire-and-forget or having man-in-the-loop guidance at the terminal stage to achieve pinpoint accuracy. Therefore the missile has been speculated to have a limited land-attack capability as well. A datalink antenna can be seen on top of the forward body. A new datalink pod is carried by the aircraft for over-the-horizon attack. Like YJ-83K, YJ-83KH is also carried by naval JH-7As and H-6Gs. Its export version may be called CM-802AKG, which is claimed to have a stand-off capability against fixed land targets. CM-802AKG carries a 285kg warhead and has a range of 230km. The latest images (April 2017) indicated that YJ-83KH is in service with PLAN.

RE: MiG-29M
I have some requests for a scenario I am working on:
USA, vehicle:
Light Strike Vehicle
Main armament: 1X 12.7 mm M2 .50 caliber HMG, 1 x 5.56 mm M249 SAW LMG, 1 x 7.62 mm M60 or M240 series GPMG
Secondary armament: 2 x AT4 light Anti-Tank Weapon
Operational range: 500 km
Speed: 130 km/h on-road; 110 km/h off-road.
Can be air transported internally by CH-47 and CH-53 transport helicopters.
[this is supposed to be a link to Wikipeda, but not allowed]
This one might be a bit more tricky:
North Korea, Inf Plt:
Special Forces
[this is supposed to be a link to Daily Mail, but not allowed]
I know nothing about these guys. The article and the pictures says night-vision goggles and rifles with grenade launchers, but those might be fake kids toys for all we know.
