Fatal Error

Playing the latest version (02.03.04).

Oops, attached is the fatal error (not netplay). Right after the DOW phase comes the 'align minor' phase and the box never shows up to do so for Japan (align Siam).

I also just started a global war setup, after the USA was completed and the USSR started, their units never showed up for me to place.

This is indeed a bug (Steve: this has probably something to do with a mistake in hotseat play)

This is a strange one. The game still thinks that the US isn't finished with it's setup, but I'm not able to end the phase in this hot seat game.
