Not minimums, best pc specs to play game

Hi guys -
Was trying to find a list of recommended computer specs to run SOW Waterloo but couldn't find. I don't want minimums.I would like a list that runs the game well based on your experience. Thanks in advance for your help and knowledge. Currently I dont own the game but soon will be buying a new computer- Lou Submitted in Waterloo forum also
