[RESOLVED] Mission window unusable

[RESOLVED] Mission window unusable

The mission create window is too small for all the text. I cannot resize the window to see the text. Since CMANO is all about the missions, it makes the game unplayable.
I tried disabling overlays and DirectWrite on Steam, but that didn't help.
I also took a screenshot but I'm not allowed to post anything yet, including the save files that might help. Sorry.
Any help is appreciated.

admjack, try delete "Command.ini" file in main directory
