Hi! I'd love to play. I played CWIF a decade ago and have been playing MWIF for over a year with Lars, a well-know (and much loved) Beta tester. Also experienced in PBEM WiF on other platforms (CB and VASSAL). Been playing on those since 2002. Listed options are fine (pretty much perfect, in fact) and your Russo/Japan rule is sensible considering MWIF's current state. I can play every day so no problem there. Either side is fine.
