regarding lend lease

Ok, so basically I have been ignoring something which is probably simple but I still dont get it.

Lend lease. I am reading an AAR now and sure enough I see an american bomber that was lend leased to common wealth.

Allow me to walk through some simple steps and someone tell me what I am doing wrong...as I dont seem to get what things I request.

Below is the lend lease screen. As the common wealth I would click on that american bomber...the boston. Then it shows that it is requested. Great I think..I will get it! Then games rolls into set up and well....I dont get anything that I requested.

What am I missing here? I am sure it is simple but I have had so many other things to think about in the game I have basically just ignored lend lease.

What do I need to press / do to get that american bomber?

This screen, it made me wonder why the british Hurricane is there, since it seems it can not leased. Something is wrong, IMO, either it shouldn't be, or some other country should have the possibility to lease it from CW.

Also, it is possible to lease the the DB-7 to French and brits, but it's not between the American offered planes, while the A20-A is but cannot be shared. Seeing the statistics it would seem to be the same plane but a different name, which is not ok with WIF and I wonder if in MWIF or it's a mistake.

The Hurricane can go to USSR. This will show up when the background color is either for the CW or for the USSR.

The DB-7 and the Boston I are the same plane, just the countries called them different names, so this is all accurate and the same in WiF. RAW7 is pretty confusing on the subject of matching which planes can be lend leased. The newer counter sets like FREX KiF have designations on them that help immensely.

I don't understand about the Hurricane, maybe I am not getting you point, but at the moment, there is no hurricane in the USSR pool to Lease.

Eventually there will be. WiF shows all planes that can, at some point, be lend leased.

Yes the USSR version of the Hurricane is dated one year later than the CW version.
