I was just curious what people watch for history. I currently have a nine part series called " Civil War by Ken Burns". Best stuff I have seen so far on Civil War. [:D]

Glory. The Red Badge of Courage is also very good, but too bad it was shortened from its original, intended full length.

I have yet to see the Ken Burns series - thanks for the reminder!

Agree on both Glory and Gettysburg

Going to the other end of this list: REALLY didn't like "Gods and Generals"

Gettysburg is not only my favorite Civil War (or any war) movie but one of my favorite movies of an kind.

I like the Ken Burns series and some other documentaries very much but I don't consider them the same as movie.

Gods and Generals had some good things but I was disappointed. Main focus seemed to be on non battle matters.

I'm curious. Is there any way to alter maps or create maps for the game.I have no clue whats involved. i am still trying to figure out the editor.I believe if there was ways to adjust the stuff we have .There would be a way to create battles. There is a lot of smart people here. If there was flexibility with what could be done. It would wake up this sleeping giant of a game. Being i am not one of the smarter ones i would need step by step instructions on how to use the editor we already have. I believe the next set of battles according to history would be the Henry And Donelson Campaigns Jan 1862. I noticed this was a very busy forum in 2015.Maybe the more interest that is shown. They Devs would be more active on this. I may be saying things that have already been said.If so i apologize.I really want to see this game move forward and expand. [:D]
