Baby carrier goes down...made Balikpapen and sank. Our fighters escort the ACM strike, but not the Nells attacking the Enterprise.

Barges didn't land...ran out of op points. Allied forces make Pegu, but we will take Rangoon by barge. Called off the Pegu invasion.

Is this the POW trying to escape....a dash to Batavia, perhaps a cap trap there, and then west to the ocean thru Merak? Use the cover of the Allied cruisers heading north to Mersing...

How many fighters does ABDA have left...my recon on Singers failed this day, so I have no clue what he has there. Perhaps 20 guessing from the LRCAP over his lead cruisers.

I have 9 destroyers and torpedo boats (the big ones) at Palembang, I am thinking of running them south to try and get the Prince of Wales. The other option is to send them up north to Mersing to tangle with his cruisers.

Need to sweep Singers, Batavia...

Okay, where will the Enterprise go now....where should I send the KB...how do I inflict damage on the cruisers rushing north near Mersing. In addition to my tankers I foolishly sent from Palembang, the 31st division is unloading at Mersing -- only support squads left to unload, but no time they will have to scatter.

I have 12 destroyers and torpedo boats that can screen...but the big ships are at Cam Ranh Bay awaiting an AKE and rearming.

Lots, and lots of choices!

Getting the ships rearmed took a hit when the B17's knocked down Balikpapen a notch. Jolo can rearm up to CA size thanks to the naval support there. AKE at Palembang. AKE's are now approaching the area at best speed and should make Cam Ranh Bay in 2 days, Brunei 3, Jolo 3-4.

Poor performance by the Ise, in fact all Japanese ships. The good moonlight, clear weather and long initial engagement ranges really helped the ABDA forces.

Can you list where your Air HQs are at and/or are headed for? With the Allies being so aggressive, their placement seems to be a significant issue in covering your advance.
