Map Scroll and Zoom Map

These seem to be rather buggy on my system. The map does scroll well up, left and right, (when the mouse cursor is ran off the map edge). But it almost never will scroll down.

I loaded the zoom map and it's not possible to get rid of it, but at least I can use it to scroll down.

It's unfortunate that the click point for the zoom goes to the top left of the zoom window. Intuitively it should be in the center.
