Looking for Japanese Opponent for GC

I am an experienced player (3 years playing against AI then 4 years PBEM). I got frustrated with opponents quitting for one reason or another and have been playing short scenarios. I am hoping to find an opponent that will hang in there until the end in a GC preferably DBB-C.

I'm looking for an experienced and reliable player too. UV/WITP/AE have been playing for many years PBEM. But I play only stock - scenario 1 or 2 in last official patche and finally I want to see what it is like to play for the Japanese after 1944 :-)

I would be interested in playing, what are your expectations on turns per week? What about house rules?
