Email Not Getting Received

I haven't been able to get email replies for a while now. After some research (and a support ticket) I'm beginning to wonder if it could be the fact that the internet company I have is now owned by Yahoo and Yahoo seems to block domains for no known reason.

I do get other emails from Matrix, just not a reply to posts such as this.

Is anybody else who has a Yahoo email, or Yahoo-related email like me, been having trouble receiving emails?

I have had this problem going back to July of last year.

I went in my preferences and seems I am not subscribed to any forums and I cannot get myself subscribed.

Will someone please help? I've asked for help many times and have never received any responses.
