Question about Resource Values

Hi,

How do I change the resource value of certain hexes, for example, if I want to change the port value of the Alexandria port to a 10 from the current 5, how would I do that ?

I've been tempted to do the same, but so far have not taken the plunge.

To try to answer, you can change Alexandria in the Editor by changing its Resource from a Port to a Major Port. You should check the General Notes on Supply on page 44 in the manual. Thinking out load, if Alexandria is not linked to a Major Capital, I think it may not go to 10, and maybe not even 8, because I have tried a similar change for Marseilles and Antwerp with no good result. If you do it, please let us know how it turns out.
