Command Live and Chains of War

Post by MarcA »

How is Chains of War going to fit in with Command Live. Are Matrix expecting to release Live Scenarios that require CoW?

P.s. I think Command Live is a great idea. It really adds to the feeeling of the game being representative of current warfare and at the cutting edge.

This is a good question. An answer would be much appreciated.

The plan is that the original game will be the only way to access any DLC content. There are no plans for DLC's for the standalone games.

If I understand, the 4 new features in CoW will only be available to those you download it. Future LIVE scenarios will be designed with the original game in mind - not CoW. It will be up to the community to expand the number of scenarios utilizing those new features. I suppose the next stand alone can add to that base on top of what the community puts out.
