Device and upgrade questions..

Post by JockJimmy »

Just a couple of quick questions...

(i) Can a device upgrade two steps at once?
(ii) The allied convoys that arrive full of LCU devices (eg. WS.14/OS. 14 ) simply add those devices to the pool when they withdraw/disband?
(iii) Do infantry type devices, when upgraded, return to the pool as they were or do they return as the most current device?

Thanks in advance, as always.

Hey,

1. Not quite sure what you mean but I think this is yes. So, a tank brigade with Valentine tanks can skip Grants and go straight to the Sherman V if there are enough in the pool. But if there are Grants in the pool it may take them instead depending on what other units are demanding.

2. Yes, they sit in port for a few days then disband and all devices go into the pools.

3. Devices, not squads, return to the pool when they are replaced with another device. They are still the old devices.
