PBEM game crashing way too often

I m having a hard time with turns reloading in my PBEM games from the start. I d say in 33% of the times game crashes while or after loading. Most common messagge is ...SC stopped working..., failed to blit surface etc...
Since I m doing gaming almost always stoned, I never feel like writing down error messagges, but overall there are 4-5 types of them. Is this common to all players or should I quit smoking[8D]

Common here, game crashes 3 to 10 times each turn. Real pain. v1.03.04 did not help.

Game crashing multiple times during play, not when loading.

I think dev need to test a bit more before releasing bugged updates.

Game is great but so many bugs basically ruin players' experience.

Last turn, I got kicked 10+ times. I will complete my two PBEM games and quit until bug issue solved.

Ah for me bugs aren't ruin experience, its a gr8 game - 10/10 with bugs too

Hi Guggy,

I believe we've finally resolved the 'on_left_button_down' issue you've been receiving and I'll post a hotfix for this shortly.

I believe this 'on_left_button_down' issue has been resolved on my end and here is an updated EXE (for the current Beta install only) that should do the trick. You'll just need to download it from within the following link, and then copy and paste the EXE overtop of the existing Beta EXE which will bring it up to v1.03.04.02 Beta. All current Beta games will be compatible with this EXE:

I donwloaded the exe file from the dropbox and played a PBEM turn under the 04.01 latest version.

Bug is still there, striking multiple times (10+) randomly upon playing US and british units (russian are immune somehow, tough guys).

Let me know how I can assist in solving this issue.

Hi Guggy,

Just to confirm, can you let me know if after you applied the EXE it does indeed show v1.03.04.01 in the lower right hand corner of the MAIN MENU screen?

Also, is it possible for you to try a game in Hotseat mode to see if you can recreate this error as I'm still having trouble recreating the error in the way that you have with it happening as often as it is.

Any details on how the error occurs, as many details as possible, will help me to track this down.

I just suggest this as we were only able to recreate one instance of a left button down error after much experimentation and it is possible that this is another unrelated error with the same message.
