* FIXED: #11702: Kh-31P Missile DLZ logic

* FIXED: #11701: Units on AAW patrol not tailing 'unfriendly' contacts.
* Various tweaks to UI to make paradrop-capable units more apparent.
* The Database viewer now lists cargo information on a per-loadout basis.
* Fixed issue with manually changing aircraft altitude over land

When will this be available on Steam? I tried to update it using the files on the Matrix Games website, but the installer apparently cannot work with Steam. Or am I missing something? I reinstalled Steam, and I am on v1.12 Build 936.15.

OK, now I'm confused. I see that cargo is showing me what is paradrop-capable, which I am certain is new. So build 936.15 = 1.12.3??
