Convoy and production problems

Same game as the convoy setup problem, only now it's in prod plan prelim. Now the program insists on sending a Malaya resource to England; usurping French convoys,and blocking the delivery of the Hanoi resource to the French. The computer will not accept a change to idle the Malaya resource.

Switching to the French to have them default the Hanoi resource doesn't work either.

Okay. Apparently, clicking on the production in place button somehow unlocks the system so that you can idle a resource.
