Need a Little Help with Rico's Scenarios

Post by bootlegger267 »

First, thanks Rico and Maitrebongo for all the hard work....this stuff is fantastic.!

I just can't seem to get Rico's scenario's to work. (Except HacksawRidge, as it had an .mpp file)

I use JSGME....works great for all Maitrebongo's Mods

I placed (in this case) PegasusBridge folder in the proper MOD Folder.

I enabled the mod, start the game, scenario shows up, select it, select start, and get a quick error message that there is no Pegasusbridge BMP

Scenario starts, but with the wrong map.

I imagine that the game/mod is not creating the appropriate .mpp file?

Here are the screen shots...

Thanks in advance!

Rico,

Could you post your .mpp files for each of your scenarios? With those, I can play your scenarios. I've tried for days to get them to work with no luck (Except Hacksaw Ridge and Pegasus Bridge as you posted their .mpp's)

THey look great, interesting, and since maitrebongo's mods, I've really gotten into this game....

Thanks,

Go to the editor. Load the scenario (ctrl-L), go to scenario info (tab touch) and map info. Note the emplacement of map(s) involved then go back to raw map info and load the right map(s) located in the art/maps folder (.bmp files) at their right places (map background #). Check it again at the map info and save the scenario (ctrl-S) with the same name (.map file) and place. Quit the editor (ctrl-Q). It should be working now...
