cant start game win 10

I remember it working well on win 7.
Flash Iceberg screen starts, but then "device not found etc three messages appear."

Tried reinstalling all distributables, and tried running as admin and as compatibility mode for win 7 - no luck.

any help?

this is error I get with run as admin option.
all Vdist installed, (DX even, but no message about installing comes when I start DotNet exe)
