I think that it's one of the few strategy games in which people actually look proportionate when compared to buildings. Seems very realistic. Stunning graphics and definitely want to play it!

"Potential" is the operative word. I generally avoid Early Access titles until after a game has been released for awhile. Otherwise one might be very disappointed by the end result.
