New Install and serial number

Hi
I have bought a new laptop and I want to install my copy of SC WW2 there, so my questions are

1. Would be there any problem to run it?
2. Can I play PBEM without any problem?
3. I don´t find my serial number, can I find it in the game or by any other mean?
