Help! Game stopped

Peter, help me! During IA enemy movement segment the game seems to go in loop. I attach the saved game. After pressing CONTINUE button, the
game doesn't respond more. What's happened? A bug?

Something has gone wrong here. I can't find the reason so I leave it for Peter to check.
