Auto rebuild of chinese lcu

Is normal that destroyed Chinese LCU is auto rebuild at 30% of their original Toe, in no more than 30 days from their destruction at Chunking?
I'm play vs IA with the last patch, and i have a wall of more than 8000 chinese av at chunking, starving by lack of supplies.

From the manual:

16.4.2 SPECIAL CHINESE REPLACEMENTS
Chinese infantry units that are totally destroyed are recreated. When destroyed, the unit is set
to return to Chungking 30 days later at 1/3 of it’s TO&E strength. These replacement units do
not use up any units from the replacement pool. They represent the almost unlimited ability of
China to replace infantry units if needed.

I thought the OP's question was at a very basic level that could be addressed by reading the manual.

Your point is well-taken. I looked in the patch notes and there was one correction to this mechanism in one patch, but there are no details on before/after methodology.

Before the patch, most if not all the device types were in the recreated unit. After the patch just the squad types.

If English is not your native language you may misunderstand people here talking about the "resurrection rule." It came up last week in a thread and has in many others. This term refers to destroyed Chinese units being "reborn" at Chungking. The rule changes how players think about Chinese operations quite a bit. It only applies to China.

Much more concerning is how good (for months/weeks) out of supply Chinese still fight.... (or troops in general from all countries, not sure)

Chungking can be held for a year or more.
