Game freeze when surrender

Playing a multi-player PBEM at the moment and when I tried to surrender I got this message.....

I tried to surrender 3 times but the game just kept freezing on me. When I clicked 'continue' nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

Quick Question, and because I know Vic would want to know...

What version of ATG are you experiencing this in?

I think that the latest official patch is 2.25 (c?). It should be available for both steam and non-steam versions. Not sure it will make a difference, but you can always try...

If it still freezes with the latest version (2.25) than send the scenario over to me please. It could help me fix a potential bug here.
