Could not find 70596.dat

I am sorry if this was answered before but i coudn't find a solution in the forum.
I have just installed the game in my laptop (2nd copy).
When i try to load a PBEM game that message error appears.
I have been playing this PBEM game with other computer but as i am out of home, i would like to play with my laptop.
Any ideas?

I've just sent you the missing file with some instructions via WeTransfer, let me know if it does the trick.
