Half of 3 is 1.5 and that is rounded up to 2.

The Scharnhorst is sunk. Although she appears only bottomed, the Kriegsmarine engineers have decreed she is beyond repair. In fact within minutes of being sunk she has already started to be turned into a floating fun fair.

Note the Helter Skelter (modelled on Blackpool Tower) that has been added abreast of where Bruno turret once stood.
