I could try using Ronnie's guide and manually change the location in the game file.

Gents as you know I am all for fairness - like all four of us here - but I do not think this is correct. I was given orders that I carried out to the letter. Unfortunately Mayhemizer mis-understood the rule (as I am guilty of all the time [8|]) and the aircraft re-based further away than he intended.
But the reason I do not think it be fair to change is that events happened afterward - i.e. the shooting down of the Potez, the land battle with the Germans disorganised, the paratrooper being aborted etc etc, that means what happens to the D520s is perhaps more important - especially as there is a French HQ still in play. If nothing else has happened then of course, I am always open to amending, but not where there have been subsequent key events.
I hope you don't think I am being unfair here but that is my 2 cents.
Now Maitland, now's your time!

No reason at all to chance location. Fighter is in safe place now [;)]
I could have told to land 3 hexes SW as well. It was all my fault. Sometimes in war things like this happens.

Completely fine with me. I only suggested it to give Orm and yourself the option if you wanted it.

M/J 40 Allies 5
No DoW or alignments.
France and China land. The rest combined.
CW sends 3 CVP's to port strike Kiel. Surprise rolls Axis 2, Allies 5.
Avoid combat?

Yes. The surprise points are used to avoid combat.

US sails a GARR from West Coast to Hawaiian Islands 0-box.
Queens with Sydney MIL move from Arabian Sea to Suez.
A rearrangement of the CVP's following the abortive port strike allows the Argus to return to Liverpool.
No naval combat.
CW sends 2 LND, escorted by Spitfires on a ground strike. The Germans have a Bf-109 and Bf-110 they could intercept with if they wish?

RE: Reverse 4-player AAR.
Nah, no need for German fighters when the Italians can do the job as well as any German. The Italian FTR2 intercepts the British bombers. If it survives it lands in Saarbrucken.ORIGINAL: AllenK

RE: Reverse 4-player AAR.
The Allied mission coordination goes badly wrong and the RAF Whitley's arrive over enemy territory devoid of a fighter escort. Italian pilots, recently transferred from the Med, seize the opportunity and devastate the bomber formation. With ammunition and fuel running low, the belated arrival of the Spitfires causes the Italians to break off combat allowing the second wave of DB-7's to proceed to target.

USSR rails an INF from Vladivostok towards the west.
In west USSR moves:
5-4 INF from SE of Sofia to Burgas and HQ from east of Sofia one hex to east.
China after land moves.

It annoys me somewhat to see the two cruisers in Leghorn when they really should be in La Spezia.
Would it be possible to edit the file so that they are moved to La Spezia? Without to much work and without compromising the game.

Didn't Courtenay manage to use the de-bugger for us once?
