HQ ARM should be on south coast to provide supply and be ready to lead counter attack (blitz).
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

Nice rolls in BoB, but taking Northern Spain OOS would need same kind of rolls from a big submarine fleet...

Game 1:
Along with other problems, what should we do with Greece? If Allies attack there, they can Align Yugoslavia.

We'll need to keep tabs on their Marines, Paras, Amphibious and Transports.
They don't have to do Greece. Italy or Sicily will do. It's partly why I want to get the aircraft back from the Atlantic coast.
Really, for Greece we would need MAR and PARAs to combine with drive from North. We're a bit short on those.
Other option is to invade Yugoslavia before Allies can be in a position to exploit. Whether we attack or not, we are going to need some units on the border.

Game 1
The other thing about Greece is the Allies would need to take Athens on the invasion impulse. If they don't, we get to align Yugoslavia on the next DoW step as we would control Athens plus all the countries listed in the rules. That would be a fairly substantive concentration of marine, para and lift capacity which we should see building up as it has to squeeze through via Tangiers or go the long way around.
To negate this, the Allies would have to take somewhere like Albania but if they do that they'll likely get the 4 corps in and Greece will become irrelevant.
Can we spare enough forces to invade? If not, then we'll have to keep an eye on things and be ready to garrison the border if a build up begins to take shape.

Germany is pretty much busy elsewhere. They need some units in France/Spain and all others in USSR. Germany can send their MAR soon, but no other units I think. We can wait and see what happens. Most Italian NAVs can rebase (after next impulse Bayonne attack) to defend Mediterranean.

Game 1:
I think we should return and planes from BoB. Italian FTR can go to SW of Bordeaux. No Italian plane can go to Bordeaux because Hungarian fighter has no other place in range of Bayonne.
Can I suggest RTB from BoB as follows:
Gabbiabo can go anywhere you prefer.
Bf110 to 62,26 (NW of Toulouse)
HUN FTR to Bordeaux
G.10 to 61,24 (SW of Bordeaux)
Sparvieros to east of Bordeaux and SE of Bordeux.
I planned we could ground strike Bayoenne with Italian artillery, Sparviero (or two) and Stuka. Other Stuka and Bf110 are for ground support.

Changed as suggested. Gabbiano still returning to Bordeaux but may well rebase to cover Med.

We might not be able to fight BoB next turn if we attack Bayonne. You place is somewhere else. Are there any ports unguarded for port strike?
Edit: Is it allowed to have Italian and HUN units in same hex, I think not.

I'll send the Gabbiano to Gibraltar for now. Probably then into West Med if no port strike possibilities.

Germany keeps sending 4 resources to Italy. Can Italy build and send 2 fighters to cover German HQs in USSR? Sometimes Germany does not have air actions enough to keep HQs protected.

Game 2
Wonder if we'll be able to get some units in behind all those disorganised ones?
Game 1
Japan is pretty desperate here too. I'm trying to keep the Soviets tied up here, rather than reinforcing in the west but how long for???

Game 2:
Com Chinese can send their 5-3 Inf to flank Japs. Let's what units there are with HQ, I might do 1:1 attack if I have a chance to kill HQ...

Game 2:
France is just fine, they can pass if all (or all but one passes too). Otherwise they can take naval and send CP from Morocco to Cape St Vincent and CA from Morocco and Syria to any sea areas you see the beast to protect CPs.
USSR combined
Rail move
INF from Minsk to port Liepaja in Latvia
Land moves
Communist units MTN and HQ moves to Tungkwan. 5-3 INF moves to hex SE of Nanyang (next impulse Japanese HQ/ARM hex is OOS).
In Bulgaria 4-4 INF moves 4 hexes east and ENG moves 2 hexes east.
That's all, not much to do but wait for German attack...

Well, a semi result with that attempted air reorg mission as it used up that Bf-110 so it can't fly as a bomber.
As it happened, I wouldn't have had enough reorg points for what I wanted anyway. I thought I would need 2 for the Spitfire (1 naval and 1 air) but it came up as 4 needed so wouldn't have worked anyway.
Still the naval reorg point is still available.
I've added a MIL and CAV Div from the Nationalists to see if they can get up to join the flanking party. If nothing else, they might draw away some of the forces facing the Nationalists.

Looking good for France. Germany may try to attack over Maginot line, but everything looks good at this moment.
