I have just purchased this game and when I try to run it, all I get is music. Nothing comes up on screen, except a little box on the lower right hand side.This shows a still picture not video and I can't expand it to cover the screen. The music plays till the end and stops and I can't close the program except by turning off the computer.I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

your pc doesn't have a video card as such, it uses a GPU or on die addon, which is a CPU doing the job of a GPU, so doing both in other words. Dedicated Memory: 992 MB

while it should work, it doesn't so need to look at something else,

for me it's a missing part question and answer session.

windows 10 by default doesn't support fully drx 9, so some missing parts need installing, fix this and see if that helps

Please check the following:

Control Panel>Programs and Features>Turn Windows features on or off

Under "Legacy Components" ensure that "Direct Play" is turned on.

I have checked and Direct Play is turned on. I take it from your other comments that the game uses Direct X9. I have direct X12 on my computer. I will find and download Direct x9 and see if that helps. Thanks

tbh the game should install everything it needs to work, so unless you clicked no don't install etc, it should have everything it needs, but as it's not working, it seems it may be something else

while your finding out what it is, try and update a few things like your sound drivers etc

run from a admin account and also run the game, as right click run a admin just in case something else isn't giving it permissions etc

check your firewall and anti virus program to see if either have stopped or anything in the logs etc as well, and good luck

repost if it still doesn't work and i'll try to dig a bit deeper with some more questions etc
